2. Product Information
Outdoor Textiles specializes in fabrics for automotive and marine applications, including marine tops, biminis, upholstery, and shade solutions. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We recommend ordering a sample to ensure the fabric meets your needs before placing a larger order.
3. Orders & Payment
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Outdoor Textiles. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added at checkout.
- Payment: We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate.
- Yardage: Fabrics are sold by the yard. Larger orders may be shipped in multiple pieces depending on stock availability and mill runs, as noted in our Disclaimer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Outdoor Textiles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and reporting any issues within 48 hours.
- International Orders: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy: Outdoor Textiles accepts returns of unused, uncut fabrics within 30 days of delivery, provided the fabric is in its original condition. Custom-cut fabrics, samples, and supplies are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, less any shipping costs. We do not refund shipping fees for returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Fabrics that have been cut, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Please review our Disclaimer for details on fabric suitability and ordering samples to ensure the product meets your needs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Outdoor Textiles website, including product images, descriptions, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Outdoor Textiles or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Trademarks such as Sunbrella®, Lift-The-DOT®, and others mentioned on our site are the property of their respective owners, as noted in our Disclaimer.

Products sold by Outdoor Textiles may come with manufacturer warranties (e.g., 5-year or 10-year limited warranties on certain marine and shade fabrics). Warranty details are provided in product descriptions. Outdoor Textiles does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
