This Odyssey fabric by Marlen meets the requirements for use as PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) gowns in healthcare facilities, passing levels 1, 2 and 3 of AAMI PB70:2012 liquid barrier performance, which is recognized by the FDA. This is pursuant to testing and standards outlined in ASTM F2407. Odyssey III Caribbean Blue 495/305 Marine Grade Cover Fabric is constructed of 0300 Denier woven polyester and backed with 100% acrylic. Durable and beautiful, Odyssey III is UV, mold, and mildew resistant and comes with a 3 year guarantee against loss of color or strength under conditions of sunlight, rot, mildew and atmospheric chemicals.
