Tenara HTR Heavy sewing thread is made of the same material as other Tenara threads, but features a unique 3-ply bonded construction that offers several advantages: An improved circular cross-section that provides a smoother and more uniform appearance, along with an increased twist level, which should reduce breakage. It also offers excellent sewability and softer construction. In addition, because of the new construction the thread is smoother on the tube, which allows for up to 15% more seam length for the same tube price as the previous HTR-style thread. The strength of the thread remains the same. This item is a replacement for Gore Tenara TR Thread #M1000HTR.
